We employ different measures to ensure the quality of product before it is launched. All new products undergo thorough application tests with different types of circuits. Products are mass production qualified before releasing to the market. We further carry out actual field production tests in addition to wafer tests to ensure stability in quality.
Most models are guaranteed for industrial grade operating temperature range from -30°C to +85°C. Individual models can be guaranteed for military grade operating temperature range. ESD tolerance is up to 3kV in human body mode and over 8kV in finished products with appropriate protection components. We understand the importance of experience in LSI design and all projects are handled by designers with proven experience in that type of product. |
